If you have a large chest, sometimes it can feel like you need a snorkel to be able to breathe during yoga! This video shows a quick tip for keeping your chest away from your face while you practice. I find this especially helpful in inversions, forward folds, and even savasana. You’ll need a yoga strap (or soft belt, tie from a bathrobe, or any length of soft and sturdy fabric) for this trick.
