Chair practice to combat stress & overwhelm

In this 30-minute practice, we’ll spend a moment setting aside sacred space, followed by a calming breath technique and lots of active poses to combat stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. We’ll use the chair as a supportive prop for seated and standing poses – no hands & knees or being on the floor in this practice.

Props needed

You’ll need a blanket, 1 block, and a chair without arms.
