I’m really excited that you’re here to learn about radical self-acceptance, subverting the patriarchy, and forging our own authentic identities when it comes to beauty and worth.
If you’re new around here, you might be wondering who the heck I am. Hi, I’m Amber Karnes. Allow me to introduce myself!
Here’s what to expect over the next week:
- Starting tomorrow (and every day for a week) at 7am (Eastern/NY time) you’ll get an email with a note from me (and usually a video or audio recording) of the day’s topic, plus reflection prompts and other goodies.
- If you’re on Facebook, you can join our supportive online clubhouse (ok, ok it’s a Facebook group) full of folks just like you.
- At the end of the week, you’ll get a beautiful, free, printable workbook with everything we learned during the Rebellion!
- You’ll also get some cool bonuses that I don’t want to tell you about just yet (hey, a girl needs to leave some things to mystery!).
What to do next!
- If you want to get all the emails, add info@bodypositiveyoga.com to your safe senders list in your email app (or just add to your contacts).
- Join the Uphold group on Facebook, where we’ll have daily reflection threads and other support.
- Set aside some time in your calendar each day to read (and watch) the material. Make an appointment with yourself! Getting to know yourself better, improving your self-image, and learning more about your body is important work. So, commit and show up for yourself!
- Gather a favorite writing instrument and journal or paper so you can take notes and write down your reflections.
