About Amber Karnes

Amber is the founder of Body Positive Yoga and the creator of Body Positive Clubhouse, an online community for folks who want to make peace with their bodies and build unshakable confidence.

She certifies yoga teachers through the Yoga for All online training she co-created with Dianne Bondy, as well as leading Accessible Yoga teacher trainings. Amber is a sought-after teacher and writer, and lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband Jimmy and their Boston terrier Garnet.
